  1. After I brush my teeth, when I spit into the sink it looks like blue sand. I think I might be eating too much salt.

  2. Hey once I got a severe diarrhea, my mineral (like potassium) runs low

But since I like to eat salty things (and even the salt itself) my natrium level is normal lol

  3. Why is junk food easier and cheaper than healthy food? With the symptoms other than just recently dumping salt on everything, I've had all these symptoms as long as I can remember.

  4. It would be useful and easier to remember if the quantity of salt was shown on a teaspoon, rather than stated mathematically in grammes. Even good cooks don't visualise a quantity by gms.

  11. I had highblood pressure and random extra heartbeats (8k per day!) Cardiologist said to go on a low salt diet, instead I researched it, what I did was increase my potassium dramatically and my water intake; I now I consume even more salt than before. Random extra heartbeats and highblood pressure are both gone. … They're Doctors, not Gods, research this stuff yourself and figure out what works for you.

  12. I almost died twice in the last 8 years because of avoiding salt. Salt is the most important ingredient needed by your body that is not produced by your body. You need it to live. I used to completely eliminate salt from my diet and I almost died twice!!. Now I use Pink salt, which is pure and not contaminated. I check my salt levels every two months and they are perfect: reading between 135 and 140 every time. Could not be better!! All I can say is just manage your salt intake. You DO NEED SALT but in managed amounts.

  15. This is only true about white, proceed salt. Grey salt has 82+ minerals not two. It is good for you and does not cause the health issues of processed salt. And it does not deaden your taste buds causing you to want more and more and the other minerals balance out and allow proper utilisation of the primary minerals. Swelling and thirst are signs or other health problems such as diabetes and heart issues that can be caused by not enough other minerals. So don't put down the salt. Instead eat real unprocessed salts. Pink salt is also healthy but not as healthy as grey Celtic salt. The minerals in the real salt is absolutely viral to proper function of your organization and glands. That's why people were paid with it. Where we get the word salary. People new workout it you got sick.

Not a bad video well presented but not about the subject that it's supposed to be about.
